1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of auditlynk.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization. Professional services we deliver to clients are governed by a separate written services agreement, which prevails over these terms in the event of a conflict.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and, in particular, not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Interfere with the Site's operation, including through automated traffic intended to degrade service
• Scrape or reproduce Site content for commercial redistribution without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

3. Information you send us

If you get in touch through our enquiry form or by email, please make sure the details you share are accurate and that you are allowed to share them. Don't send us confidential or sensitive information before we have a signed agreement in place. If you ever spot something that looks like a security problem with the Site, let us know at security@auditlynk.com.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, logos, and graphics — are owned by Auditlynk or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial reference. All other rights are reserved. Ownership of deliverables produced in client engagements is defined in the applicable services agreement, not these terms.

5. Content is not professional advice

Material published on the Site, including Insights articles, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, medical, or investment advice, and it does not create a client relationship. You should take appropriate professional advice before acting on anything you read here.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
